A little more curious. A little less automatic.
When something isn't feeling quite right, it's natural to ask, “What should I do about it?”
Connecting the Dots offers a different place to begin: slowing down long enough to notice what you're experiencing, look a little closer, and ask better questions.
Through three simple lessons, you'll explore your own health experience and the patterns that may be worth paying attention to. You won't find a diagnosis or a list of things to take. Instead, you'll begin to see how much useful information you may already have.
It's free, self-guided, and you can move through the lessons at your own pace.

A little about your instructor
Hi, I’m Tresa Laferty, founder of Wise Tree Academy. For more than two decades, I’ve been studying, teaching, and exploring natural approaches to health and well-being.
I’m especially drawn to helping women find more simplicity and trust in their own lives. I don't believe we always need to change everything or figure everything out at once. Often, we can begin by simply noticing where we are and taking one small step from there.
I'm so glad you're here.
