When I began my own journey into using food as medicine, I had no idea where to really start. With no formal guidance, I went from a "fad" diet to recommendations from friends, never really finding anything I fully aligned with or something I could stick with.

When I found Ayurveda and was taught that this ancient "science of life" connected the seasons, considered different body types, and honored each person's starting point. This was when things started to make sense.

This 21-Day Enlightened Eating program is a gentle place to begin (or restart) your own journey. You'll be introduced to new ways of viewing your body, your dietary needs, and your relationship to food.

At the end of these 21 days, you'll have a better understanding of using food as medicine and how small changes in your eating habits can make a big difference in your health.

I'm Tresa Laferty, your Instructor. I have been guiding my students and clients through this type of "reset" for the past 4 years and am delighted to offer it in this on-line, self-paced format.

I am a national certified Ayurvedic Pracitioner and teacher of Ayurvedic studies.
