Why cleanse in autumn?
By the end of summer, we can feel tired, depleted, and a bit overwhelmed. Summer is a delightful time to be active and enjoy all that our magnificent planet has to offer. When it comes to a close, we need a reset. A pause and realignment to get our bearings straight as we head into fall & winter.
In Ayurveda, we live close to the seasons and changes on the planet and in ourselves. The pauses between the seasons (spring and fall) are the perfect times to lean in and make a commitment to personal care and whole-body well-being.
As we set our sights on settling in for winter, the ancient teachings of Ayurveda say to pay particular attention to our gut health and digestive ability. The common phrase "you are what you eat," gets transformed by Ayurveda to say "you are what you can digest."
Signs of a weakened or overburdened digestive system are:

The Schedule
Although the cleanse has set dates, you will have access to this information to design a cleansing experience that best fits your own needs. Here is the set schedule:
Get Ready: as soon as you purchase the cleanse, you'll have access to the course platform. You'll get your food supplies and begin the "pre-cleanse" actions. Full course materials will be released 1 week prior to the cleanse starting date.
Tuesday: October 1st, 6:30 pm central. Kick-off LIVE session. This is an "orientation" type of experience that lets you know where to find things, how/when to get started, and inspires you to start.

Friday, October 4th, 11:30am
Monday, October 7th, 6:30pm
